I (Michael J. Ford) am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

This website honors the Do Not Track (DNT) field in popular browsers. If this field is enabled, no data will be collected.

This website only collects IP information to indicate page views. At no time will this information sold or shared with any third party outside of myself. Any IP Address collected by this site is two (2) byte anonymized. E.g. a IP will be logged as 192.168.xxx.xxx.

This website does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), execpt where may be explicitly required in a contact form. Any PII collected that you have personally gave me via a form, e.g. your name or email address, will be used to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted me and no other reason. I will not share your information with any third party.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt-out of IP tracking at any time. If you are using any sort of tracking detection/blocking tools such as DNT or uBlock Origin then you are automatticly opted-out and no further action is necessary.

If you have explicitly given PII, you may opt out of any future contacts from me at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting me via the email address given on my website, or contact form:

• See what data I have about you, if any.
• Have me delete any data I have about you.
• Express any concern you have about my use of your data.

Security

I take precautions to protect your information. When you submit any information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever I collect any information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to me in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While I use encryption to protect information transmitted online, I also protect information offline. Only myself has access to information. The computers/servers in which we store information are kept in a secure environment.
